Tony Flippo
Tony Flippo is the Founder and CEO of Advanced Oil Recycling (AOR), bringing more than 35 years of experience in the rendering, recycling, and used cooking oil industries. His career includes leadership roles with Darling Ingredients and more than 15 years as Vice President of Operations at Brooks Grease Service.
Tony founded AOR with a commitment to dependable service, strong customer relationships, and responsible recycling. His hands-on industry experience and operational leadership continue to guide AOR as the company grows throughout the region.
Pete Flippo
Pete Flippo is a Managing Partner of AOR with seven years of experience in the UCO industry, including six years as a plant manager overseeing processing operations and daily routing. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Oklahoma and is also a commercial pilot. At AOR, Pete manages UCO processing, product traceability, and the day-to-day operations of the plant.
Steve Doss
Steve Doss is a Managing Partner of AOR, bringing more than 30 years of sales experience and a strong background in business ownership. He spent 10 years as a restaurant owner and has been an independent insurance agent for the past 16 years. With additional experience in logistics and DOT regulations, Steve oversees sales and marketing as well as office administration for AOR.
